Project Overview
The 14-year old Colonial-style home still largely suited the needs of the owners, however the family of four simply required more living space. The decision to undertake a home improvement centred on creating extra space for a more functional family home.
The owners were very happy with the location and the age of the house and were simply hesitant to move elsewhere.
