Project Overview
The owners required extra space and wanted an informal living area for their family home. After hunting around for a new house, they realised they loved their current home and instead decided to have AVJennings complete their home improvement.
For the owner, the kitchen was always the centre of the home but a large wall separated the kitchen from the family room, creating a sense of isolation from the rest of the family.
AVJennings created a design customised to the characteristics of the home and the owners’ needs. The complete addition included a new living/family room, open plan kitchen and a main bedroom.
