Project Overview
This family loved their characteristic bungalow but needed space to accommodate a friendly open plan living and dining room.
A large open plan living and dining area (5.3m x 7.0m) maximises the use of space with this extension. The side of the living area opens up conveniently into a court yard area which is ideal for entertaining guests. The brickwork seamlessly matches the existing home and ceiling heights were maintained throughout to maintain character and style of the home.
A well chosen neutral colour scheme through out the interior complimented the existing part of the home. Soft crème floor tiling, a classic white laundry and bathroom with a light mocha mosaic panelling above the sink and underneath the bath tub creates a contemporary and calming feel.
