Project Overview
Our client wanted this original Tudor Spanish style home to be revitalised into the contemporary era with the existing design just not servicing today’s lifestyles. Maximising the use of space is exactly what these clients did.
The finish on the exterior cleverly matches existing brickwork with a small dutch gable to retain the character of the existing home. The roof line continues out to the alfresco area with the same ceiling height remaining throughout the whole home.
An open plan kitchen looks onto the casual living area for interaction and out into the garden, this gives a sense of large space without compromising the garden. A stand out feature of the kitchen is a glass splashback behind the cook top. Otherwise what could have been a standard kitchen it has transformed it into a colourful yet simple designed kitchen. The bathroom colour scheme has gone for an earth tone natural feel, whilst complimenting the similar matching kitchen with brown timber joinery and polished caesarstone bench tops.
The furnishings are simple, fresh and contemporary with a slight dash of colour. Large sliding screen doors with black framing allow for maximum light whilst highlighting the contemporary feel to the home.

"I couldn't believe how easy the whole process was. It went so smoothly - I was quite amazed. If we had any small issues, I would raise them with the AVJennings site supervisor - he was really good to deal with."
"The end result is great - I love it and so does everyone who comes to visit. I especially love my new kitchen! We haven't had any issues with the finish - it's all great."
"It's definitely value for money."
"I am recommending AVJennings to friends who are renovating."
