Project Overview
Incorporating a second storey, with three bedrooms, a bathroom and family room, and changes to the downstairs living area, the renovation completed by AVJennings Home Improvements, allowed for the additional space needed to welcome a third child to this family.
Cosmetic changes to the exterior of the house, including the addition of a bullnose verandah, rendering across the front to create a contemporary look and the inclusion of large windows throughout the downstairs area, introduced a completely new style to the 1960’s home.
