Project Overview
The addition involved every part of the client’s home whether it was modified in one way or another the end result is a huge transformation.
The existing home lacked the space and comforts that a modern day home has to offer. The home was substantially extended to include an open plan family room and kitchen which leads off into the patio/pool area perfect for entertaining guests. With a large amount of linen storage and a generous laundry makes it easy and accessible. The second bathroom is a good central location from both bedrooms and the main living area.
A unique feature is a cleverly designed floating bulkhead to bring depth and break up the open plan living room and kitchen. This also highlights the modern kitchen.
